Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, that is why we offer a 14 day returns period for our Australian customers & a 30 day returns period for our International customers. 

Please note that face coverings are non refundable.

So if your item doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you'd hoped, you can simply return it for an exchange or store credit.

To return your item just send us a message stating whether you would like to exchange your item or return it for store credit and we will provide you with instructions and a return address. Please ensure you ship your return using a trackable service as we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit if your return goes missing. Once shipped, you can update us with your shipping info and tracking number by email. Once we receive your return we will either send out the item you have exchanged it for or issue a store credit for the value of your returned items to use on our website in the future.

Please Note;

Customers are responsible for their own size selection. To avoid any inconvenience, we suggest double checking the measurements for all items purchased to ensure you have selected the correct size for you. If you are unsure of which size to order, please contact us first and we will advise you. If you have any questions or special requests regarding sizing, please don't hesitate to ask.

Please be sure to read item descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. If you require further information on an item, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Keep in mind that colours of items may vary slightly on different computer screen displays. 

If you are a costume designer, stylist or photographer please contact us regarding loan outs for fittings and photoshoots. 

This returns policy does not apply to custom made orders. Custom made orders are non refundable or exchangeable. You will receive a contract outlining the terms and conditions for custom orders upon placing your order.

 

RETURNS CONDITIONS 

  • We do not offer refunds unless the item was faulty or we shipped the wrong item. If you have any problems with your order or believe it is faulty please contact us.

  • Items must be received in original condition and with any tags attached.If items have been worn, washed or damaged they will no longer be eligible for return.

  • You must have proof of purchase if you did not purchase your product online- e.g at a market stall or pop up location.

  • Returns must be received within their 14 day & 30 day returns period.

  • All postage costs are non-refundable & must be covered by the customer unless the item was faulty.

  • All return postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the item was faulty or there was a shipment mistake.

  • Jewellery, swimwear, nipple pasties, beauty products and intimate items are not able to be returned.

  • Sale items can not be returned.

  • Gift Cards can not be returned.

  • Face Coverings can not be returned.
